Las competencias del gestor del conocimiento en entornos virtuales formativos: un modelo para su construcción participativa

El presente artículo, enmarcado dentro del Proyecto Accelera, propone un Modelo de Áreas de Competencias del Gestor del Conocimiento en una plataforma de trabajo en red de entorno virtual. Concebimos las áreas de competencias desde una perspectiva holística donde la persona, en este caso el Gestor de Conocimientos, vinculada a su entorno de forma activa y comprometida se convierte en el centro de referencia para su definición. El modelo se caracteriza por ser contextualizado y abierto, capaz de ser adaptado a las características de una organización que pretenda definir las competencias del Gestor del Conocimiento en forma participativa.Downloads
