The present paper proposes, based on a set of theoretical reflections supported by data arising from empirical research activities, the construction of a referential about the appropriation of the Digital Network Technologies (DNTs) and its features as a means to the potentiation of the educational assumptions taken by the Teaching-Learning Projects (TLPs). By establishing reflections about a group of key-points - the problem of teaching-learning, the roles/relation between teacher and students and the school space-time organization -, it's intended to delimit a didactic system by projects that can use the features of these technologies in the opening of new potentialities for the teaching process.
