O artigo aborda a contribuição das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, com ênfase na produção de conteúdo educativo digital. Destaca a participação da concepção construtivista na fundamentação teórica e desenvolvimento de propostas didático-pedagógicas, em especial, para ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem. Propõe-se a elaboração de design e roteiro de conteúdo de vídeos educativos sob o enfoque da aprendizagem significativa, que se baseia no modelo construtivista do processo cognitivo humano. Na perspectiva da aprendizagem significativa, os mapas conceituais são adotados como uma opção para a organização e representação do conhecimento em construção pelo aluno, sob a mediação do professor.The contribution of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for teaching-learning, with emphasis on preparation of teaching materials is discussed. Highlights the participation of constructivism on the theoretical foundation and development of didactic and pedagogical proposals, in particular, to virtual learning environments. It proposes the development of design and guide for educational video content under meaningful learning focus, which is based on constructivist model of human cognitive process. From the perspective of meaningful learning, concept maps are adopted as an option for the organization and representation of knowledge in construction by the student, under the teacher mediation.
