The article aims at discussing the learning process mediated by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) with the use of pedagogical blogs as communication interfaces among learners in elementary school and among learners in higher education. To articulate this discussion, we started with the exposure of the causes that led to the writing of the article. Afterwards, we highlight theoretical evidence and data from surveys that underlie ideas about the interactive potential of communication interface for writing hypertexts in situations of collective learning, present in the blog. Finally, we report our experiences of using blogs in pedagogical projects developed with learners (teachers and students) of elementary school and higher education.Downloads
