TIC y sociedad: salvando la brecha digital. El caso de Extremadura

Existe una división social entre las personas que conocen y no conocen la utilización de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC). En Extremadura existe un modelo de desarrollo social que trata de solucionar los problemas de desigualdad causados por estas tecnologías. Cuáles son los problemas, qué características tiene este cambio hacia la Sociedad de la Información, y qué piensan los extremeños sobre su modelo y el modelo español. Éstas son algunas preguntas que este artículo tratará de contestar.Downloads
