Desenvolvimento do TPACK em futuros professores de inglês como língua estrangeira: disposição para a aprendizagem cooperativa.

Resumo

A integração efetiva da tecnologia no ensino de Inglês como Língua Estrangeira (EFL) exige que futuros professores desenvolvam arcabouços sólidos de Conhecimento Tecnológico Pedagógico do Conteúdo (TPACK) para incorporar a tecnologia na instrução de EFL. No entanto, aprimorar eficazmente esse conhecimento integrador representa um desafio persistente na formação inicial de professores, especialmente em contextos com recursos limitados. O presente estudo buscou avaliar o papel da prontidão cooperativa, entendida como a disposição para cooperar e adaptar-se dentro de um grupo, no progresso do TPACK entre futuros professores iranianos de EFL matriculados em programas de último ano em três instituições públicas de formação docente em Teerã. Neste estudo de métodos mistos de desenho sequencial explanatório, a fase quantitativa incluiu 120 futuros professores que responderam a escalas validadas para avaliar TPACK e prontidão cooperativa. Os resultados indicaram que a prontidão cooperativa é um preditor significativo do TPACK, explicando uma parcela substancial de sua variância. A fase qualitativa, que incluiu entrevistas semiestruturadas com 15 participantes, proporcionou uma compreensão mais aprofundada dessa relação. A análise temática identificou três mecanismos-chave pelos quais a colaboração fomenta o desenvolvimento do TPACK: facilitando a coconstrução dialógica do conhecimento integrador por meio da negociação e reflexão entre pares, atenuando a ansiedade tecnológica e criando um ambiente propício à experimentação, e adaptando o conhecimento teórico às restrições reais da sala de aula ao atuar como ponte. Empiricamente, os achados evidenciaram a relação sinérgica entre competência colaborativa e expertise tecnológico-pedagógica, enquanto, na prática, sugerem que os programas de formação docente devem ir além de disciplinas isoladas sobre tecnologia e planejar deliberadamente experiências colaborativas de aprendizagem para preparar efetivamente os futuros professores para as demandas do ensino de línguas integrado à tecnologia.
