El bienestar emocional del profesorado en los centros TIC como factor de innovación educativa

Este artículo propone una aproximación a la temática del bienestar emocional del profesorado, analizándolo como un constructo que, junto con otros, contribuye a favorecer el desempeño profesional en los contextos educativos. De una manera más específica, esta contribución identifica algunos elementos de análisis que permiten conocer mejor las bases del bienestar emocional del profesorado; en concreto una serie de dimensiones que han servido para elaborar un cuestionario. En base a esta perspectiva, se establece una relación entre las situaciones de innovación apoyadas en el uso de las TIC y su incidencia en el bienestar emocional del profesorado.Downloads
